Aatram is a behavioral-psychology platform for facing dreaded tasks. If you have a question, a bug to report, or a feature request, we read every message.
Open the Aatram app, tap the gear icon on the Home tab to open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirm in the prompt. Your account, profile, circle memberships, focus history, and all on-device data are permanently removed. The action is immediate and irreversible. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can re-sign in afterward — that will create a brand-new empty account.
Settings → Sign Out. Your account stays intact. You can sign back in on the same device or any other device.
Open the iOS Settings app → Aatram → Notifications. Make sure notifications are allowed and that the alert style includes Banners or Lock Screen. Inside Aatram, go to Settings → Notifications and confirm the daily ritual reminders are toggled on.
Live Activities can occasionally drop if the device is rebooted mid-session, force-quit, or runs low on battery. Reopen Aatram once and the active session will be restored. The mantra updates that arrived while the Live Activity was missing will not retroactively appear — the next milestone push will land on the new Live Activity.
Live state is tied to a server-side session row that auto-deletes after 90 minutes of staleness. If the crew member's session was interrupted abnormally (force-quit, dead battery, lost connection), their row may persist briefly. Pull-to-refresh on the Together tab forces a reconciliation.
Open the Together tab, tap the room picker chip, select the circle you want to leave, then tap the ellipsis (three-dots) menu and choose Leave Circle. If you are the sole member, the circle is deleted; if others remain, ownership transfers to the longest-tenured member.
On the Together tab, tap the ellipsis (three-dots) icon next to a crew member's row. Choose Block to symmetrically hide each other in any shared circle, or Report to flag the user to Aatram operators (reasons: harassment, hateful content, spam, other). Blocked users are filtered from your view across all crews. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Aatram is privacy-first by design: task titles, dread ratings, reflections, and per-task usage history live only on the device they were created on. They are included in standard iOS device backups (encrypted at rest), so restoring an iCloud or encrypted-Finder backup of your old phone onto your new phone will bring them across. Aggregated focus stats (duration, weight tier, Momentum) sync via Supabase and will appear on the new device automatically.
Read the full privacy policy at aatram.com/privacy.html. It explains exactly what data Aatram collects, what we sync, and what never leaves your device.
